Flounder are abundant and widely caught in the Florida panhandle. But enjoying a day filling your cooler with flounder is more than working the tackle and bait. It’s all about the boat.
Bay boats are becoming more specialized and our Pathfinder, designed specifically for fishing, will be enjoyed by casual anglers as well as the serious sportsman. Designed to meet the needs of a full day of fishing, its functional features are well thought out, providing comfort as well as stellar performance.
With a higher freeboard, there’s an added sense of security even as the boat’s 250-horse four-stroke engine tops at speeds smoothly at nearly 60 mph.
Even in rough surf, this power means our Pathfinder swallows the chop so there’s no pounding or slamming through the water. And our speed means you’ll spend less time getting out to the fishing grounds and more time fishing.
Our boat’s deck cap provides protection from the heat of the Florida sunshine or the slashing rain from an unexpected afternoon squall. With walk-around gunwales, a bigger cockpit, and longer deck, there’s plenty of room for a larger group to enjoy a day of flounder fishing.
There’s also plenty of room to stow your gear. Our Pathfinder offers storage for more than two dozen combos. We have lockable storage in the bow as well as folding rod racks. With so much space, you can enjoy moving around our boat without tripping over rods, gear or coolers.
Since larger flounder prefer live bait like finger mullet or shrimp, our Pathfinder boasts a 15-gallon pitch in the bow and two more cavernous wells in the aft casting deck, making your live bait cast-ready. With so much water storage area, it’s nearly impossible to run out of live bait, even during a long day of flounder fishing.
An additional 95 gallon aerated section, makes a floating livewell, perfect for anglers participating in tournament fishing with live-release events.
Grab your friends, round up your family or enjoy a day on your own our Pathfinder catching one of the best table fish in Florida.
